“That was ridiculous experience because, in fact, there was no experience at all. We had an appointment for myself because of my pinched nerve and pain in my arm. We did online check-in (that should be already clear indication that we are going to come) but we were late for 8-10 minutes because we have a small kid (less than 2 years) and children are always unpredictable. When we arrived the clinic was already closed and the doctor already left. The guy who was in the building told us some nonsense about "7 minutes late policy" that we never previously experienced in UC Health. They never called us, never tried to find out whether we are going to come or not. In fact, they scheduled the appointment at 4:30pm, while the working hours in their door was exactly till 4:30pm. Overall, it was a complete waste of time. They do care more about some (likely non-existent) policy rather than actually helping a person, which is in pain. This is the poorly managed pain management.”

IMO, UCHEALTH pain management refused to even give you a tentative timeline because they know people will go elsewhere for treatment.”

“Im not impressed. Their doctor is over an hour behind and no one tells you that when you walk in. No one returns your call as requested. I called one day and a week later still no response. The guy at the front desk was rude and doesn't even say hello when you walk in, let alone look at you when checking you in. I work for UCHealth and this is not acceptable.”

Today I got a call from Alex a very nice person that works the front desk. I had explained some worries to him a couple weeks ago about an upcoming procedure and I truly believe that Alex went above and beyond his responsibilities.
