“Dr's are all amazing. Authorization department is a joke worst in the state. I had an appointment in January, I received approval from my insurance, I sent it in the portal, left voice-mails, sent messages, went into the office. The Authorization expired. I called my insurance, I got an extension on the approval and to date still no communication and no willingness to schedule my procedures. I also need another injection, went back in the office to the Dr 3 weeks ago and they have still not requested Authorization for the injection. Good luck ever getting injection or procedures scheduled. I even asked for the office manager and was told no. This is unbelievable.”

“Well the nurses were nice but doc was very short. The numbing meds didn't work. Bout a week after I started having an allergic reaction called in and staff really didn't seem to care the assistant didn't even pay attention to what I was saying when I explained what was going on. Then they still insisted I wait for the steroid to work. Well here I am 2 weeks post injection in worse pain than before sent an email. And go figure my follow up is still out a ways. Just over all frustrated with the whole process.”
