Patient Testimonials

I was initially afraid I wouldn't get the help that I needed from this office because of all of the negative reviews. I personally have put this office through hell and back with my health and medical issues. I was accommodated at every turn every issue was addressed promptly. Dr Paul Christopher is an excellent doctor polite and friendly. I never felt rushed, dismissed or gaslit. Every office is going to have a few hiccups this was no different for me but the speed that they corrected the mistakes was prompt and surprising. The nurse practitioners can be skeptical of your needs but once you explain and are able to verify that all melts away. Front desk is always been kind and accommodating absolutely no issues those ladies deserve a raise.

These are pretty good doctors from my limited experience with them. However, their support staff is awful. All my doctors are in the UAB universe And I always have a wonderful experience except with these people. They are lackadaisical do things at their own glacial pace And generally couldn't give a damn if you died. Unfortunately my wonderful orthopedist is in bed with these clowns so I'm stuck with them but I'm sure not happy about it. Far and away the worst healthcare experience I've ever had with UAB. Followup: They did a great job, so good that it makes dealing with the crappy and borderline rude support staff worth it sorta. Doc and nursing staff 5 star, Support staff 1 star.

This place is unreal. I had a major surgery and was referred to them. Bc I see a psychiatrist and they prescribed me medications they wouldn't see me. Dr came in for about 5min and said that it was nothing that they can do. I'm just 2 months out of surgery and still in a lot of pain. They told me to call my psychiatrist

Doctor mark j baily is rude . He won't even look at me during my appointment. He didn't ask anything questions really . It was like it was trying to rush me out . He will do bare minimum only . He has been ignoring my messages and when we had a zoom meeting it lasted less than a minute long . He doesn't care about how you're doing at all. I have pain that makes it difficult to talk I asked him to help he ignored me .
