“I am a new patient at Twin Cities Pain Clinic for the past 5 months. Very happy with the Dr. K, Abby, medical staff, professional, very helpful with more than just throwing pain pills at you. On the first visit a plan was put into place for me with my difficult pain issues. The office is comfortable, clean, quiet. Never a long wait at all. I have a Service Dog everyone is very helpful during my visits. I was approached with the idea of a Pain Stimulator since I have had really bad issues with pain. I did go through the process for the Stimulator and very happy that I got it. Thank you to Dr. K, Ann, Abby, medical staff, front desk staff. The billing department that's another story. They are rude do not want to listen to you. My bill needed to have been resubmitted back to the correct insurance they are not willing to do this at all. I have made several of calls with no luck.”
