Dr. Yaccarino was great, he explained things so I understood and discussed options for treatment so that I could decide which path we would proceed with. Very happy to find them. “I went to the Burnsville Location- very nice location and easy to get to. However that was the only plus of my visit. I had been referred by a specialist at another clinic, AFTER being referred to the referring provider from another clinic, short story this is the 3rd specialist I have seen regarding my back. I have had multiple injections and even medial branch blocks and a radio frequency done, but yet this Dr told me there was nothing wrong with my back and all I needed was to exercise and do PT (mind you this is after he mentioned more then once how many times I have been seen by PT). He also stated my back in my MRI looked just fine even though there was obviously visible bulges in my back. All the provider did was touch my back, make me walk and bend. Hardly asked me any questions about the pain I'm dealing with. My referral also stated "consult for pain pump or spinal cord stimulator" neither of which were spoke about. All in all I would never go back here as I have been dealing with my back for 4 years now with multiple things already done and the provider completely blew me off and told me I was fine and to stretch (after I had specifically stated how hard it is for me to do so due to pain).”

“The medical side of this visit was great. The Dr was very personable and patient with questions. I only gave 4 stars because when we were in the waiting room after the appointment finishing up some paperwork, we noticed the girl at the desk had fallen asleep leaning against the wall while sitting in her chair. When we first arrived, she was also very distracted by her cell phone. These things made the facility appear unprofessional.”
