“I saw Carrie VanOverbeke for the first time on September 29th, 2025. She is such a kind, caring and compassionate person you will meet. She explains EVERYTHING to you. As well as answering any and all questions you have. She isn't one of those nurses or (especially) Doctor's that are in such a hurry. And before you leave, she will ask again if you have anything else she can do for you. TCPC is the number 1 pain clinic in my book. P.S. I went there years ago for about 8 yrs. And my review still stands.”

“She seems "Rather by the book?" Hard to read her. Maybe we were not prepared? I feel she was in a hurry, didn't know my history. I didn't wanna explain my life story again. Being a new patient, it was hard to find the building, the first time, it's not very handicap accessible for people who can't walk. Lots of snow to hustle through. Maybe the shovelers didn't show up? Not a good first visit. Other than that, she seems to know about pain treatments.”

“I would not recommend this clinic. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that their focus was more on collecting money than providing care. They were unable to process my payment--first claiming they didn't have cash for a return, then their credit card system wasn't working. The staff member I interacted with seemed inexperienced and unprepared. Once in the exam room, the doctor barely engaged with me about my concerns. She primarily followed a rehearsed script and, midway through the visit, tried to get me to sign a payment agreement for $180 before addressing any actual care. It felt like the priority was money over patient care. They offered standard treatments like chiropractic adjustments and electric stimulation--services I have used for years--without discussing personalized care or alternatives. Overall, the experience was impersonal, rushed, and focused on payment rather than helping patients. Do not go here if you are looking for genuine care.”
