She takes the time she needs to ask me questions and does not rush me when I answer her. She truly makes me feel like they care about me and my issues! Dr. Lovell is a fantastic physician! He speaks to me with care and compassion. He listens to my concerns and always takes my thoughts into consideration. He never rushes me or makes me feel like he doesn't care! “I have been a patient here since Dr B was around. He was compassionate and kind. He was one of few drs that actually had knowledge about my complex, rare syndrome. It was awful when he passed. The Dr that took is place, Dr Lovell, is great. He takes time to talk to me about all my concerns during my appointment. He makes sure that I stay on a medication that meets my needs, the lowest dose possible while treating my severe pain issues. I have an autistic child and I need something that won't make me drowsy or feel off in any way, i need to be at my best 24/7. His staff are awesome, I'm always happy to see Ashley and the girl who does the UA cups (I'm bad with names). The other nurse, the guy, is always friendly and nice to talk to. As I can tell, they follow all the rules and procedures and that makes me feel secure in my choice for a pain management dr, as others have been closed in the past. When I call they always answer my questions about insurance or refills or whatever they may be. They also allow me to bring my son which Dr Bs staff did not. I am grateful for that.”

“**only 5 stars so everyone can see this brutally honest review. It took me 3 months of calling to even get an appointment. And then every. Single. Month. I was seen, the wrong prescriptions were sent in and it was always up to me to catch their mistakes. The doctor is exhausted- he works at an ER too and is barely even there. They are absolutely dead set on very specific medications and don't take what the patient says into account. Sounds like a certain office must be getting some medical kickbacks. Even when I was promised by the office manager that something would change- nothing changed at all. Fully incompetent- I would rather be in agony every day than ever get put on the back burner by this doctor again.”
