What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“I was at the surgery center today for shots in the cervical spine . When Dr. Abc came in, I tried to tell her of problems I have had with their office and the fact that they had a medication list that showed me taking meds I haven't taken in over a year . Also, they sent me out a prescription for pain meds, then immediately canceled it, and I have been dealing with this for over 2 weeks always call get told will let the Dr know never hear back. She then got defensive and said while I was lying on a bed waiting for procedure, they had already given meds, for she said I was hostile, and she refused to do the procedure. This is a bunch of quacks that would not take my dog to see them.”

“Dr Bailey gave my husband the best exam he's ever had with this back pain. She even ordered more X-rays to make sure it was exactly like she thought onto but wanted some different angles. We saw ABC next and she made a couple suggestions including a small surgical procedure. Since we are going in vacation we decided on epidural for now to get him over the hump. They send out a review to patients now to make sure they are doing a great job. I think they are more thorough than the Odin management we went to before . Great job”

“I had 1 procedure that was failed and caused my spinal fluid to leak so Dr. Classen said I need a different procedure, so I scheduled another procedure. I get to the outpatient clinic, he's running and 1 1/2 behind. First I was scheduled for 8 am, the day before clinic called and said 10:15. Mind you I can't eat or drink after midnight. So I'm already not happy being switched to a later time with out anyone asking if this was acceptable. Then so at past 10:15 he's running a 1 1/2 behind. So I get into pre-op around 12 pm. Eventually Dr Classen sees me pre-op. I'm told he is now doing a different procedure than the one I was scheduled for; I should have left right then and there. I didn't because I felt forced to after waiting all that time, paid my account for the surgery center, and he has a month plus waiting time to get in a procedure. So that procedure failed too. Next step according to him was ablations which I specifically said in no way or form was I having ablations from the first appointment because I received them before in my neck it didn't work and was extremely painful recovery. I am in no way going back to him for anything. Take away 1) 2 failed procedures 2) will make medical decisions for you and not even tell you.”

“I am a vet tech and if I treated a dog the way I was treated I would be fired. 3 hours waiting to be seen, with absolutely no explanation. This new year of nursing students needs to learn common decency and compassion for others since all they care about are themselves. Nobody in this place ever seems to be working. Both times I've been here were like this.”
