What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“Meredith Good is absolutely amazing! She has taken such time and care with me to look at every part of the picture. She was more thorough at my intake than any of my doctors have been, and I was amazed by how much time she took with my case! She never seems rushed even though I know she is spread thin, and her care is so genuine. She is a wonderful listener, and she prioritizes my total health and attacking my pain in a way that still supports a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately the office can be hard to communicate with, but I honestly thinks that's just due to struggles with the patient load vs staffing, and not that they don't care. I've always left here feeling encouraged that there's hope in finding the right treatment to break through my pain. Meredith is the best!”

“Recieved this today. Why would we be paying a hypothetical cost. If your insurance is paying it, why would I be paying and additional cost? You can't send this out with explanation to the patients. Trident Pain Center Update: Starting January 1, 2026, a $180 annual administrative fee ($15 per month) will apply to all active patients to support services not covered by insurance. A 1 to 3.5 percent card processing fee will also apply to all card payments. Thank you for your continued trust. Reply STOP to opt out 12.18.25- Now they are saying the fee is for prior authorization etc. Still kmow clear answer. If my insurance is already paying for my treatment, what is extra? I guess in January we are supposed to get something in writing.”

“Excellent staff! Their Doctors, especially Dr. Michael A. are wonderful, they LISTEN to you. I have severe arthritis in my back. I was hit by a car when I was 2 (two) years old. They have helped me extremely. The Staff is super friendly, helpful. The front desk ladies are AWESOME as well. Thank y'all for all you do for me to LIVE my life, otherwise It would be TRULY difficult and I'd be in HORRIFIC PAIN 24/7. I'm truly Blessed that Dr. Ben @ Lexington Family Practice referred me to them. Mrs. Sue Quigley Lexington, South Carolina”
