“I just started here about 6 months ago. I had my first injection and that went well. It lasted longer then any other injection I've had. 3 months later I'm needing it again. This time there office and my insurance company couldn't get things going unless I intervened. Finally I got approved and had the same injection but this time it was a dud. So they said there is another injection that I can get so they ordered it to the insurance company. I waited and waited and nothing so I called again and they tell me the insurance rejected it. So I called the insurance company again and go round and round with them. So after a hour they tell me it's good to go, great!! I called the office and they said, yes your on. Come in that day, great!! An hour before the appointment the office calls me and tells me, sorry Mr. Johnson, the approval was for the last injection you had! WHAT? Oh my God what a cluster screw. I still have not had that injection and I'm in bad pain and now in bed until I go round and round again. SMH”
