If she doesn't like her job then QUIT. The nurse and Dr.Maggio are Absolutely wonderful ..please note she sets the tone for your place of business, and it's NOT a very good one!!”

“I just got a message. I'm a new patient of Trident pain center and I just got a message via text that there will be a charge of $15 per month for administrative fees for trying to in pain center. I am now leaving Trident pain center !!! I just talked to their office and yes, this will be implicated on the 2026 but on the message it says January 1 of 2026. These charges will start applying to any bank account that they have access to $15 a month for them to do medical building and whatever administrative fees so thousands of people are going to pay them $15 a month extra on top of what they already charge to your insurance this should concern everybody. that is $180 out-of-pocket every year for them to do administrative stuff that's every patient paying $180 extra a year out-of-pocket let that sink in”

“This place doesn't rate even 1 star. It should be noted that this is a PAIN Center. I didn't realize they were in business to cause pain. Upon entering which I did early, I had to answer all the verbal questions as usual. Insurance, ID, credit card, name again, address again, phone# again (I say again because I just handed her all that information on my drivers license) And was told to have a seat and fill out the new patient questionnaire. (A LOT of pages many of which asked for the same info as page 1) My hands are very arthritic so it's very hard to write. Especially as much as they were asking. Anyway it took about 15 minutes to fill out their questionnaire. A lady called me to the back to take my vitals then led me to what I guess is an examination room where I was asked to wait. After waiting for over an hour in a room with the door closed. I walked back to the front desk and asked the nice lady what was going on. She just looked at me like a deer in the headlights and couldn't, I guess, comprehend the question so I stated that after all the questions both written and verbal they had stuck me in what was apparently an isolation ward for an hour. She still couldn't comprehend what the problem was. 1:45 minutes of my life gone $30 copay gone. I told the nice lady to enjoy that copay and take a good look at my back because they would NEVER see it again and walked out. On a side note there was not a single car in their parking lot except mine so they shouldn't have been soooo busy that they just couldn't see me. They don't have to concern themselves with that!”
