P.A. Cadrain is an outstanding healthcare professional. He treats patients as if they are family. He takes his time explaining medical conditions and devises an appropriate treatment plan. He is knowledgeable, caring, and very professional. I am thankful he is my provider. The office staff is helpful and courteous.

Everything behind the front was great and very helpful but I can't say the same about the front desk check-in lady. She was very rude and very unprofessional, your team picked the wrong person to represent you guys at the front line.. my appointment was set for 2pm I arrived about 2:05.. she proceeded to ask if I was aware that my appointment was at 1:45.. I responded with no i set of for 2pm.. I even have a text confirmation showing that it was in fact scheduled for 2pm.. she insisted on being rude, so i asked to speak with the manager.. she come up i explained to her my situation and she immediately said, no, your right Mrs. Diaz, your appointment was originally set 2pm but got moved to 1:45.. we'll make sure you get seen.. A night and day difference in how she took care of me.. the other lady needs to find another type of job because she's definitely not good at working the front desk.. for that reason I give a -1 star for her if I could and on the back end 5

I'm a 29 year old female with thoracic and lumbar DDD in my spine; needing bsck injections, and a pain killer prescription. I have a back of a 50 year old is what my Neurosurgeon explained. I reside in Seguin, Texas, so the New Braunfels office is quite far from me, and my car is not that great. I get called the day before my appointment, because my provider wanted me an hr early (1pm), instead of 2pm. I gladly agreed! I was extremely thankful that it wasn't a cancellation. The next morning of my appointment, they call me super early in the morning to ask if I can come in around 11:45am, or earlier. I explained that I couldn't. They said okay thats fine. No big deal right? Well, I called clinical staff to make sure that my MRI's were there. They said yes, and that'd they see me at 1pm. I call the office to let them know that I was going to be five minutes late. They told me it was fine. That I had a 10 minute grace period. They then call me back when I'm half way there, stuck in traffic, THAT MY APPOINTMENT WAS MOVED TO 11am WITHOUT MY CONSENT; THAT IT WAS CLAIMED AS A NO SHOW. I leave a voicemail, and yes, I used the f word three times. I go to the office, and the office was confused; and said that the cal center was who changed my appointment. YOU CANNOT CHANGE A PATIENTS APPOINTMENT TIME WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT. DUE TO BILLING; and MEDICAL RIGHTS. I changed providers, the office was so nice about it; and felt sorry for me. I was happy; until someone called me, threatening to disqualify me as a patient because I used the F word. The lady also would not let me speak a word. Kept interrupting. Wouldn't even stop talking, after explaining that I had called a lawyer. They then said, I couldn't sue them or come after them. Think about it. I'm a patient. Doing what I'm supposed to do. Only to find out that someone within in their facility changed my appointment without my consent. Not only did I not give my consent to the change of the appointment, they literally tried to BILL ME FOR THE NO SHOW. I am DISABLED as well and on a fixed income. I do not recommend this place as my rights as a patient were disrespected; and if I wasn't on a fixed income at this moment; I would gladly make this a civil matter, and take them to court. Do not go there.
