“Was referred here by my doctor for chronic neck upper back pain. First visit was great doctor was kind and knowledgeable. Prescribed me three different medications knowing the 3 mental health med im already on. I started getting very bad side effects, seratonin syndrome. I reached out multiple times in multiple ways to get support for this reaction but was met with cancelled follow up appointments, disrespectful office staff being rude over the phone. I had an appointment today - two last week were cancelled last minute on me AFTER i requested urgent help with the meds. Questions went unanswered. Had an appointment today to get injections, I asked three different people if I could speak to someone about my meds, it was ignored then I waited for over an hour. I decided to walk out, if I can't trust you to provide care after prescribing SERIOUS MEDICATIONS then I probably can't trust you for injections. Really disappointed that this was my experience after trying to get help for this chronic pain for years. IF YOU ARE PRESCRIBING MEDICATION YOU NEED TO BE AVAILABLE TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE FOLLOW UP CARE. Seriously considering escalating this after the treatment I received today, this is considered both patient safety violation and potential malpractice.”
