“Horrible service i am in serious need of pain management and called them 2 weeks ago sara was nice and told me they could probably see me in 1-2 weeks i called back a week later to see if they had a date for me lady by the name of Joey answered was not nice at all wanted to let me know she was lead and what ever I heard from Sara didn't matter she ran the show ..since I asked to talk to sara who told me 1-2 weeks she said doc was out sick would be a week so I called back today got Joey again and this time she told me soonest would possibly be February and not even forsure I asked how it changed so much she said Christmas new years and a Chinese new years ....hmmmmm so 2 and a half month all the sudden I had a choice couple weeks prior between this place and another doctor which was out farther so picked them I honestly think Joey just got mad at me for calling weekly ..... but im in serious pain its hard to just wait week on week without hearing anything back from them rude unprofessional vindictive.....find someone else to deal with”

“Ever since the nurse Dee left this place went down hill . It all started not being able to get medical records sent over to my pcp in Time for an mri. Why because they could keep any nurses there to work whybecause the dr. It was a great clinic before dr.le. what really sent her over the top and to act my maker is because my medication wasnt in stock at the pharmacy. I asked on the 4th day to see if they could please send to another walgreens:her response was no sorry I have other commitments as of rite now. . By the 8th day no medicine mind you I reached to the doctor again asking to plz send to another pharmacy. She txt saying no you will not demand things from me . I'm sending a discharge letter because our patient dr relationship is no longer going well and and will no longer be seeing you. The reasoning in the discharge was not the real reason at alm. The only thing she is worried about being a dr is getting an audit orov because she a family medicine dr and not a real pain specialist. It days alot when other patients are always complaining in the office about the dr....”

“Been coming here for almost 2 years Dee the RN is amazing and Dr. Le is one of a kind. Never judgemental and they make sure if you follow their instructions and keep up with your appointments they do what is best for your needs to control your pain. Again if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I am now on the medication needed to help me live somewhat of a normal life. I am so thankful I found this clinic. It's a blessing”

“Dr. Lee really cares about her patients. She listens to you and develops a plan with you for your care. I have seen many pain management doctors for chronic pain issues over the last 15 years and she is the best. Other doctors just form opinions of you and won't listen or are controlled by the medical facility they work for and do not take good care of their patients. Dr. Lee is not that way. Dee her nurse is also great. The two of them truly are the best.”
