Patient Testimonials

I will never go back to this place again and I'm sure they're don't care because they never did in the first place. "Dr" Miller's staff suggested a back surgeon from Tulsa to use for my surgery which I used and am very glad I did. Despite still being in recovery and in surgical pain, miller decided I didn't need pain meds anymore and pretty much suggested that I was faking it the whole time. I guess I took a knife to myself and cut a long slit in my back and had my surgeon, the one he referred me to, send him false reports about the surgery. He just completely cut me off. When I called and confirmed my appointment they advised me that it had been cancelled and that I was supposed to ween myself from the meds. Great! I'm down to 10 days worth of pills and they tell me I was supposed to be cutting back. This was the first I had heard of this. I'M STILL IN RECOVERY! I'M STILL IN PAIN! My PCP can't believe it and neither can my surgeon that they (miller) would treat a patient like this. Before my surgery he told me I was overweight and needed to go to a methadone clinic. I'm 6'-4" and weigh 250#. Even people my size have lots of pain. Beware of this miller guy. (I refuse to call him a doctor or give him the respect of capitalizing his name) They will not listen to your needs. They TELL you what your needs are instead. Hence the 3.3 star total reviews. Think about it.

What a waste of time. I went there to renew my medical marijuana card, because they advertised that was a service. The doctor I had been using had raised his prices and I was looking for a less expensive alternative. I drove 35 miles to see this guy, took all the required records but because the exact words they were insisting upon were not on my chart, they refused to help. I have had a MM card since they became legal in Arkansas and no other doctor has refused me one. My chart clearly shows my issues, and MM is the only thing that alleviates my pain. Their excuse was that this guy "follows the rules," as if he is the only one that does. Apparently, this so-called "doctor" isn't educated enough, or astute enough to read a chart and reach a logical conclusion about the symptoms. However, I feel certain if I had been seeking big pharmas pills instead of MM, I would have left with a bag full. My suggestion is don't waste your time.

Dr. Miller was great until he wasn't. He said the reason I am in pain to my face is because I am extremely overweight despite my MRI showing stuff I need surgery for. This is not a good pain clinic if you are young. I will not be returning. Being a young person in pain isn't easy I have been receiving injections for 10 years. He literally said to my face I need to exercise that's why I am in pain, I recently got diagnosed with POTS which the inability to exercise is part of this disease, it can literally kill me because my heart rate will get to 180-190 BPM. Do yourself a favor and go to Arkansas Pain Specialist, I showed them my records of what my old pain Dr did and no questions, no arguing and no saying I am extremely overweight. Dr. Miller is rude and condescending for being a young person in pain.

My 6 month experience has taught me it depends who you are and how you are paying whether or not they convince you your life is worth living. My first experience 5 techs stood around 3 feet from me with a pulled curtain making fun of my military experience not so much as offering me a Kleenex. After telling me I would have a sedative during the epidural only to tell me seconds before I would not. The second shot later was 100x worst and offered 0 relief. They would not see me as a follow up until 4 months later. You don't have to be disabled to have problems recalling details. Absolutely no empathy, compassion, or relief found here. Today I wish I was appreciating relief with great health care. Instead I am planning my will. No one should ever leave a Drs office feeling emotionally beat up.
