“Do not use this facility. I was referred here for a spinal steroid injection which I have had multiple times at another facility back in Texas. I experienced multiple issues. 1- They experienced a "glitch" in scheduling and it took 3 weeks after receiving the request from my surgeon to actually let me discuss scheduling the shot. They did apologize for this error. 2- At the time of the injection I could tell this wasn't normal and I let them know the pain was much worse and they could not care less. 3- I called in the next day and had to call 4 times before someone would actually speak to me instead of trying to pass me off. The doctor did call me back but didn't address pain concerns, just the allergic reaction to the medication I had been given 4- 1 week later I am still unable to hold my newborn or rock him due to the pain these people caused and they are not interested in having me come in for pain management they instructed me to visit the local ER instead. I would highly suggest finding another facility as these people do not care if they cause you pain and will do nothing to help relieve it.”

“My daughter has serve physical and mental disabilities and was needing injection for her back pain. I have seen some reviews about Dr White and staff not being pleasant or having a good bed side manner and I can say I had the complete opposite experience. My daughter has a true phobia of needles and the staff was beyond understanding an patient with her. They not only took care of her and took the extra time needed they took care of my wife and myself as well. They were kind, informative, and understanding. They adapted their approach to accommodate my daughter specific needs. Every person we talked to was this way. My interactions with Dr White and her staff is amazing and I feel blessed to have them care for my daughter.”
