What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“I am a caregiver for a former patient and unfortunately, we had several bad experiences. One was when they put a spinal stimulator in and told me she had to take medication right when she got home but after asking about the prescription twice found out there was no prescription and ended up having to wait hours because office staff didn't feel it was important to alert a physician. Then, patient was treated like an active drug addict but wasn't on any narcotics. They told the patient she needed a hip replacement but that took time since she is 100% reliant on me and my husband so we Had to wait until her out of pocket was met. They told her about the pain but offered no help until we saw Dr. Burns. He was willing to help her. After she healed from hip surgery THE PATIENT asked to be taken off of pain medication but spoke to him about spasms in her muscles so they agreed to keep her on muscle relaxers. She explained the ones she was currently taking seemed to be too strong and asked if they could try another one to see if that helped. They didn't. So we went back but this time we saw Ashley who had a tendency not to listen. She told the patient that she wouldn't change the muscle relaxer back to what it originally was instead of talking to doctor burns at her earliest convenience and made her feel like she was being treated like a drug addict once again. We were released by the end of the week because I just couldn't take Ashley treating her like that anymore. Please find other care. This just isn't it. I have saved a few people who have been referred to them from their unfair treatment and blind eyes and I would hope whoever sees this will take this review as a warning. Total Pain Care as a whole just doesn't care. Ashley doesn't care. We have since found a better option and quality care and the patient is thriving compared to what she was under Ashley. We are pleased with the results since being fired by this clinic.”

“Horrible service! Dr cook, was scheduled to see patients and do surgery in the same day, so location was changed and was NOT aware. Other patients had been waiting 2 hours plus. Secretary said it was unprofessional also. I was 15-30 late due to a wreck occurring IN FRONT of me and stopped to help the injured woman out of her car WHILE the woman was pinned in the vehicle and had to take a sawzal and cut the vehicle to get her out. Had to cut her out and keep her conscious and wound up a little later than expected.”

“My mother-in-law went for her first appointment and it was a nightmare! The doctor was rude, wouldn't take the time to listen, and when she continued asking questions she was told if she complained they would refuse to see her at all. When you're in pain from 4 metal joints and an arthritic ridden body at 77 years old, you should be allowed to complain as much as you wish! Doctors make enough money to listen and actually care for their patients. These folks just want you in and out. They took x-rays as she was LEAVING! Those are needed before and during the appointment, so that's an obvious money grab. To say the least, we're taking her elsewhere. Don't waste your time on this place. The bad reviews are true”

“I couldn't ask for better care!! Erin Farmer is absolutely amazing and truly cares about her patients. Dr. Tyler Burns performs my surgeries and he's so down to earth. My nurse Shannon is hands down the sweetest. From the minute my husband and I are checked in to the time we leave, we are treated with respect and listened to. They have gone above and beyond for the both of us.”
