Total Pain Care

“There are some sweet people working at this clinic and the flowood clinic but frankly neither of these clinics (overall) really care about their patients. I'm not the type of person to leave reviews but I felt like I needed to do so now. There is no communication between doctors and patients or at least in my experience. He called in some medication a while back and I was never informed after I was told they would get back in contact with me. (I wasn't able to go to work for two days because I wasn't able to sit for more than 10-15 minutes). I have called multiple times to leave a message for the doctor and it was never put in. About a month ago he told me he was going to refer me to a different doctor. I never heard anything back so I called back to the office today and spoke to one of the receptionist at the flowood and she told me that a referral was sent to a completely different office I don't necessarily want to go there but at this point it's fine I just want to be treated and figure out what's wrong. There definitely needs to be more communication through the clinic with the patients. I wish the best for these offices and hope everything gets situated. A big shoutout goes to Debbie at the flowood clinic for being so kind and understanding every time I would call. *update turns out the referral was never sent so idk if it just got lost or it was never sent all together idk but it all goes back to the fact of communication”

“This was my first time going to a pain clinic. The paper work to fill out was a little overwhelming but if you need relief its worth it. As for the visit itself the ladies in the office were courteous and professional. Dr. Cook was easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and helpful. He certainly gave me relief and I recommend him.”
