“This was the third spinal injection for me in the last 1.5 years. The first two I was given Versed for relaxation and it helped me to not remember and keep me relaxed (and asleep) the rest of the day so I could rest and not be so sore. The last steroid spinal injection two weeks ago I was given what the nurse said was the same dose of Versed and it did nothing. I kept telling the nurse it didn't take effect and she insisted it was the same as previously. I could have driven home. I don't know what happened here. I was wide awake and alert all day. I'm confused and was told I could not get an appointment with the doctor to discuss because he only does the procedures. I will not need to get another spinal steroid injection since they no longer help my problem so I won't need to worry about next time and next Versed injection. Still would like to know what happened.”
