“On October the third I went to doctor Chafin and have a mild procedure on my back. Whatever he did, he must hit some nerves cause as of today. I am unable to put any weight or hardly walk on my right side of my leg. I have asked him for help to see a neurosurgeon to figure out what mistake he made. As of this date he has failed to recommend an surgeon in Greenville n.c . I have filed a complaint with the medical doctors. I also have filed a malpractice lawsuit on him. Doctors in Greenville didn't speak highly of him. They made the statement he should be put out of business. Up date 2 neurosurgeon one in Greenville, the other in Chesapeake va. Along with 4 doctors in another pain management office has all agreed Chafin shouldn't perform his mild procedure on me nerve damage and issues with my hip. If you praised him,you are the lucky one. I have talked to numerous patients of him who refused to ever go back to him. All these good reviews, I been to Greenville, Virginia, now at Duke, not one good review from this doctor. He claimed he did no damage, that was a lie, nerve damage during his mild procedure. If you had good results, be bless, I am now walking with a walker,”
