“I had a very good experience with the staff at Thunder Basin. Everyone was very nice. I will definitely go back there if I need to. The only issue I have is we figured out how much my bill was going to be according to what my Insurance was supposed to pay and I paid in advance. Well the Insurance Co paid more than expected so I basically overpaid what I owed, I have contacted them a couple of times and they said that the office in Douglas would send me a check to reimburse me but I still haven't received anything from them.”
