“This is the most unprofessional office ever dealt with.. it's almost as if the last thing they care about is the patients. When speaking with the staff ( sharanna, per the lie of a name she gave )she was extremely rude, then had me on hold for 19 mins which I understand people are busy, however when she came back to the phone she was every bit of childish rude ! Any provider that would allow the staff to represent them clearly has no idea what is happening and we truly feel a complaint should be made with the COS of the entire facility. We then asked for a supervisor and this individual refused to put the supervisor on the phone as well as then chose to hang up on us. This is a providers office allowing patients to be treated and spoken to as if they are a bother and this is not ok when a 93 year old patient is treated like this.. there will most definitely be a complaint made”

“Worst office ever! The front desk ladies, have major attitudes, and could care less about helping patients schedule apts. No wonder why this practice had such bad reviews. Be cautious if you want to use this office. The front desk ladies could use a majors attitude adjustment. Lacks professional . Being I the medical field myself, very disappointed.”

“Front desk Staff is not helpful or friendly. Dr said that the MRI place would be calling to set appointment. We called Drs office week later left message no one returned call. Went to the facility. Told them we left message they said they knew. Nothing else. Then said well we don't call the MRI here is the number if you want to call. We canceled the appointment for the next week and they could have cared less! Never will recommend!!”

“So to the person that responded to my review review, I did ask for help and I was not told to show up an hour before my appointment when I asked for help three people had told me I need to fill it out or I have to come back nobody said I had to come in an hour early If I needed help that was never told me Now I see why they have a sign on their door. This is a you're rude or your family members. We will kick you out. That's because the staff has a problem with being rude. Who has that sign in their doctors office I've never seen that before so to me, that means they have the problem. Obviously, they're tone. Their demeanor is very rude.”
