“This place has been a godsend for me. I've had 4 back surgeries total in 4 years. I was referred by my neurosurgeon in 2020 after having 2 surgeries in a two month time period. Both Dr Alexi and Dr Yang are very attentive and do not rush through your appointments. They're very knowledgeable in what they do and give you all of your options when it comes to care. I have never had a negative experience with the doctors or office staff. Julian the MA is the bomb! He seems like he really likes his job and it shows in his people skills and professionalism. I owe a lot to the Spine and Pain Institute. I feel like they gave me my life back!”

“I am not so sure if I want to go back to Dr Latrice Akuamoah . I used to go to 3311 pain management but something happens that they close down silly I made an appointment with Spine and Pain Institute I'm in bed I'm in bad shape so talk to the doctor and let her know what was going on and I told you where I was on as far as medicine goes and she said that the only way she would treat me if I should give me injections now I've never had an injection in the spine before it's something that I need to think about before I let anybody stick the needle in my spine some people can do it some people can't do it I felt very pressured by her because she would not help me with my pain all let me think about it for at least a week and then you can give me some medicine before I think about making my decision while I have her treat me I felt judged she's decided to judge me I didn't feel comfortable with her I feel as a doctor it's very important for the doctor to the patient to have to be comfortable with them at this point I feel very lost and hopefully I can find a doctor that will help me feel comfortable with them instead of judgment.”
