“Very unprofessional both the assistants and Dr. Braswell. They never answer the phone for patients or for Doctor appointments and never call you back no matter how many times you leave a message. They won't let you change to another doctor in their clinic even if you're willing to drive to south Baton Rouge or Denham Springs. You're stuck with Dr. Braswell and his incompetents and his staff no matter how bad you are willing to change. They have lost so many patients I don't think the satellite clinic will be open much longer. I truly think that they transferred Dr. Braswell to Zachary because they didn't have any returning Baton Rouge patients willing to continue with him. Very poor patient care and attention. WHILE DR. BRASWELL IS THE PHYSIAN, DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!! Previous Doctor Crosby was great, polite, and very professional. They should have never let him leave.”
