“Dr. Bovient is probably the most arrogant person I have ever met. I was there to talk about my Nalu stimulator and he wanted to talk about his leg day! His clothes are incredibly tight and he walks around like a deity of pain medicine (over compensation maybe???). He actually moved my Nalu stimulator to a worse location, and when I was struggling in the healing process, he couldn't have cared less. His bedside manner is that of an ape and I would rather deal with my pain than visit him again. Also, the front staff is SOOOOO unfriendly. I was there several mornings when the receptionist didn't even look like she had bothered to brush her hair. Every interaction left an impression on me like I was bothering them by asking for them to do their job. My husband also had constantly fight with billing, even after we had met my deductible. It was as if no one in that office knew how to do their job. The office manager was the only shining light, but I had to go through several steps to get acknowledged by her and get my questions answered. The staff needs customer service training and Dr. Bovient needs to worry a little less about his EXTRA tight pants and his workout and worry a little more about his patients' overall care.”
