“Girls in the front of the office are great. The rest of the support staff handling insurance and billing, and trying to get them to communicate effectively via phone or get everybody on the same page was a nightmare- I was repeatedly told there was no out-of-pocket for several appointments and procedures only to find out that was incorrect after the fact and was billed. It took a lot of time and effort repeatedly visiting the office, making repeated calls-Only to get misinformation on numerous occasions. Could not get the results of the nerve study that the doctor ordered... neurologist completed it and still didn't hear the results -and could not get an appointment with an answer as to why I'm having my symptoms . Showing up to my scheduled appointment that I was told was pre-authorized only to wait- then get sent away, after having waited in the office quite a while to even be taken back -All because the back office girls made a mistake again ? Sad. So incredibly disappointing . They need to communicate better in that office because patients are suffering for it I Didn't appreciate receiving bills unexpectedly or having to show up to be fitted for a back brace only to be told by someone, sarcastically it wasn't covered - (opposite of what I was told when I was called to make the office appointment )- Then I show up only to be sent away with undo attitude on the part of the medical assistant after finally being called back ... These kinds of things happen all the time there- so I am done. Not worth it. Every time I showed up for an appointment someone was speaking with the girls about a billing issue... Dr Henry seems good But if the office isn't well run enough for you to even help yourself ? The person taking you back for your appointment treats you rudely Last straw. She seemed not to give a rip that anyone was in pain or that they had gone out of their way yet again to show up only to be sent away due to poor inter-office communication. Definitely wouldn't recommend this office to anyone even though the doctor seems very knowledgeable and experienced. Not Going back.”
