“Too big, problems arose from my wife receiving a pain pump in her back. The scat after constant cleaning and bandages applied is now sleeping out her back . Called the treatment center and left the customary message. Let's not forget the refill issue that shouldn't have been an issue. Went to the follow-up appointment in November to get medication for pain pump which was not available for the scheduled appointment the previous 2 days. When asked about picking up prescription for my wife. I was told anytime, just called in. My pharmacy had not seen any request from her. I contacted the pharmacy 4 days in a row without any luck. I left the customary message at the clinic every day. Why don't you folks have real people managing the phones? I feel confident you could afford it.”
