Got a call back stating they are not accepting new patients. Why didn't someone tell me that when I called? Got a call a few days later to make an appointment. Receptionist took all my information and confirmed an appointment date. Get a call the next day "there was a miscommunication, we are not accepting new patients. The appointment you had needs to be cancelled" - not very professional. Yes, I was a potential new patient. As a manager in customer service, the back and forth was unnecessary and clearly a sign of how the practice is run. Definitely dodged a bullet.”
