“This is by far the worst pain clinic I have ever been to in ten years! Dr. Hill treated me with suspicion and rudeness on my very first visit! I got an appt right away, but when I got there he started grilling me about my last pain mgmt doctor, that I needed a discharge letter and that he was going to get my records. FINE! Most places do that BEFORE you get scheduled! He said he looked up my xrays at Premeir on the web! So they just post your xrays on the internet??? Yeah, right!! He had me in tears on my second visit over a drug I used to take showing up on my drug screen! NEVER happed before! His NP was a jerk, too, and put a date lock on my script, so I have to wait 31'days instead of 30. I will go back to where I went before and only left because it was an hour's drive away. DO NOT GO TO PMG! I wish I had seen all these bad reviews before I changed clinics.”

“Update: This is a long overdue update. I see Dr. Hill and Chris now. They are amazing, as are most of the nursing staff. Misty (nurse), is awesome and super compassionate and friendly. I try to make my appointments on the days she is there. Dr. Hill and Chris are both amazing, they take their time, listen and dont try to rush me out the door. They are both super friendly and empathetic to whats going on. I have change my review from 1 star to 5 based on Dr. Hill, Chris and Misty. Front desk staff still needs work. I feel like they hate their job. Never a smile, never a hello, good morning/afternoon, how are you, etc. I have just come to expect that when I get there. 2020 Review Below Dr. Reddy and his nurses are amazing. However, it is almost impossible to get anyone on the phone. I tried for 3 hours today and was just left on hold every time for over 30 mins. This is an everyday problem, not just today. Been trying for weeks to get through. In addition, most, not all, of the front desk staff are rude and will ignore you while you are standing at their desk to check in. One day I stood their for 6 mins and they completely ignored me until I asked if I could check in. Then I got an attitude. My pharmacy has been trying to reach them for over a week to fill my prescription and they do not respond. I haven't had my nerve medication in over a week now. They need to fire most of the staff and get ppl in there that actually want to do their job. Not even sure how they're even open. There is never anyone there no matter what day or time I go. Makes no sense why they dont answer the phones.”
