“The ladies in the front desk were full of life, polite, understanding and caring. The nurse who's been there 8 years was rude right off the start for no reason and honestly didn't seem like she cared about anything but her script she was reading off of, didn't let me get a word in and also was rude when I was leaving, making snarky remarks. I guess she's god, at least in her little world. Also the doctor was rude, uneducated & seemed like he was on some type of speed by his movements, and itching swiftly - often with pinpoint pupils like he himself was on opioids. 10/10 front desk, 1/10 everything else. Definitely worth a look into to see if they are worthy of a medical license. Will be reporting nurse + the doctor to the appropriate agencies for a deeper review. No one who just wants help for a serious autoimmune condition should be treated how I was. The customers came in and left so fast reminded me of how pill mills ran pre-opiod epidemic. They assumed I was ignorant, had no connections ,and uneducated. The previous reviews are mostly correct, just from what I saw. Good luck.”

“This clinic refused to help me with my back pain and labeled me a drug addiction because I'm a convicted felon. I was manging my pain and than was put in jail for 2 1/2 years and when I got out I returned to this clinic looking for help and before they even had a mri done they asked me why it had been so long since I had seen a dr for my back and leg pain and when I told them it was because I had been in jail the dr immediately told me he would not help me because I was a drug addiction, he didn't even ask me why I was in jail. I never failed a urine test while I was there patient and always had an accurate pill count in the 4 years that I had been there patient before I went to jail. I pray that some day people are no longer discriminated against because they have a past. We all have a past.”

“Very heart breaking to go to this office for years. And then one day, just treated horribly. Would not even let me speak. Just talked over me. Gave me an ultimatum that I could not even do. We pay you for services!!! Yes you are a doctor and I respect that. But you obviously had a God complex. You have no reason to talk to people like they are the mud on the bottom of your shoe. At least take time to talk to your patients. You may learn something. Yes you're a doc. But you are in no way better than me. I left that office knowing I would never step back in. No matter the pain my body will be going through. Pray for people who come against you. Which I will. Just wanted to let people know who not to pay their money to. (Cookeville office)”

“Today was my wife's first visit and definitely her last. I went with her as I always do to be an advocate for her medical well being as I am more familiar with the field than she is. To say Dr. Quoc Tran was unpleasant to deal with is a severe understatement. He was exceptionally rude and condescending when asked a simple question about general success rates he has had with a nerve pain blocking implant. He boldly proclaimed it doesn't matter I don't talk numbers here's a pamphlet research it yourself. His general attitude and demeanor suggested that his intelligence far surpassed his need to show any common courtesy. He lacks the ability to carry a quality conversation in regards to his patients care. Truly disappointed with his behavior and overall rate of disrepair of this facility. If you are so miserable that you're carrying a loathsome attitude with you and displaying that towards your patients when asked a simple question you don't need to be in this field period!”
