“My experience at this place was extremely disappointing. I'm sure not every nurse here is bad, but my luck has been dealing with the snippy ones. I want to share exactly what happened so people can decide for themselves. During my visit, my phone rang. Out of respect for the other patients, I stepped outside so I wouldn't disturb anyone. A nurse then came out to me with the snippiest, most unprofessional attitude, saying, "I'm not going to be staying here chasing you all day." The crazy part is--I wasn't even far. I had literally just seen her walking toward me, and I immediately walked back with her. There was absolutely no reason for her belligerent behavior or the way she spoke to me. The attitude, the assumptions, and the lack of basic respect were unacceptable. The front desk is the only decent part of this place. The nursing staff, at least the ones I encountered, acted entitled, judgmental, and nothing like how professionals should treat a patient--especially someone coming in for help. Very shady customer service and a really disappointing experience.”

I come with a brain injury, and Tricare coverage , which a lot of doctors have problems with , from getting treatments, procedures approved, up to getting their due payments for their service . I feel safe going as you do not just simply get tons of pills prescribed , but you go for continued care, and a say on your treatment options if necessary. The staff over the years has been very kind and helpful as well.”

“The front counter ladies are very rude, and has nasty attitude. They see you standing in line waiting to be call to the window. We have to wait until they finish up their text, games that they are doing. Then they give you appointments with people you don't know. When you standing in line they want to continue to work on the packets, while they have a line going out the door. No matter how much you be nice to these ladies at the front desks they are rude, and have a nasty attitude. They don't care, as long as they can play their games on their phones and and answer their text messages they are all good! The staff that is in the back is nice, respectfully. Dr Lincoln is awesome, very understanding! Dr. Lincoln needs a pay raise. The front counter ladies need to pay more attention to the patients than their phones! You ladies should show empathy, compassion. No need to talk smart, rude, and be disrespectful to the patients. Front counter ladies you all put it out as you all only here for " Paycheck"! Now, Dr. Lincoln gets 10 stars, the front counter ladies negative 10!!!!!”
