I cannot speak highly enough about each and every person there well enough. I always get treated like family and welcomed warmly by everyone. Ms. Christina is top notch as Dr. Kuppassamy's assistant and the doctor himself..... Well let me just say since I met him I have enjoyed him being my Quarterback of a dynasty team and am forever grateful. I love the attention to detail everyone gives with 100% focus and care! The office personal are professional and attentive. Camilla Binks and Christina Shuker both have an impressive background in pain management, and they share that knowledge with you. Excellent people. I cannot say enough about Dr Kuppusamy. He will discuss every aspect of your care with you. As his patient you are honestly a part of the treatment plan. Nothing is done to you, it is done with you. Best place to go if you deal with chronic pain. And now they have a Mesa and Scottsdale location along with the Gilbert location.”

Dr Moore is absolutely amazing I've never had a chiropractor be able to adjust the issues that I have because of the places they are in (very top & bottom of my neck, SI joint & tailbone area as well as low back). Dr Kuppusamy has a very steady hand and xray vision:) to pinpoint the problem & make the nerve pain release me from its grip. I cannot Thank You Guys enough for helping me move again!!Recommending them is easy. The office staff on the other hand was less than helpful & accommodating for someone driving 2 hrs away in Az or 8 hrs away from NM.10-20 min behind due to unforseen circumstances on a few occasions (after about 6 months of working together) & they turned me away! To drive another 2 or 8 hrs back!!! Soooo ANGRY! When traffic is stopped & a semi truck in front of you turns their engine off on Lake Pleasant roadway you know it's gonna be a while! (I called ahead always, & told them what happened & I was running 20 min behind they said... sorry! After we hung up & had rescheduled the appt.; maps updated the time & what was 55min was now 25min. & I was going to end up being 5 min late). SMH for calling ahead of time to ask for help. When the wind picks up to 40 to 60 MPH and you're driving an RV down Beeline curvy hwy you definitely have to slow way down... But I was still literally trying to drive like a bat out of hell to make it to my appointment because they tried to turn me away for 10 min last time I was late. I said to myself, just call them (dont u or any1else die) & I told them I was going to be about 20 minutes late, why, & I had been driving 8 hours from New Mexico the wind picked up bad, they said... Sorry! Do you think they were sorry? The office staff messed up many times & sent me no info on where to go for the 1st procedure. (It was the 1st procedure of the day) No one picks up the phone before they open in the office, the answering service knows nothing. So, I was there before they opened knocking on the glass to get help to find out where I was going for the procedure. (I was late) The next procedure I was sent the wrong time & called to confirm my time was correct. The 3rd time, I was sent the wrong office to go to!! Thank God after the 1st two times being stressed I knew they just messed up again & ignored it. A messg later came out saying it was an error. So now being almost done w/treatments and feeling soo much better, due to the office staff w/the added stress I would say it is a bitter sweet ending, this time. God willing I won't be back, but trusting people with my spine is a hard thing to do.”
