Patient Testimonials

Very hard to speak to somebody when you need it. It really feels that you're just a number to them. Appointments are usually in and out and it does not feel like proper individual care. I'd suggest seeking another doctors office.

Dr. Donald Hair was very patient, understanding and willing to provide alternative treatments for my chronic pain. He educated me on the areas of question with details and explanations which is truly welcomed and appreciated. I have confidence in the chosen plan and look forward to addressing my pain issues . Staff was professional and kind throughout my visit. Thank you.

I was injured playing indoor soccer roughly 16 years ago, hurt my lower back (left side) and have had high pain while sitting ever since (I have a desk job and sit full time). I've seen over 15 doctors over those years and had everything done under the sun, including laproscopic surgery at the laser spine institute in Scottsdale (no longer exists). Mary Grace is the FIRST person to listen to me describe all my symptoms and details of my pain and dialed in almost immediately to what was wrong with me. I couldn't be more confident in our treatment plan moving forward. She was a godsend to me. She corrected me when I called her "Doctor", but in my experience she did more good for me than like 10 doctors all put together. The office staff was also very friendly as well. I HIGHLY recommend this office if you are dealing with issues they treat and are having difficulty getting answers like I was!

They don't believe in pain medication and require procedures even when they've made pain significantly worse in the past. The people I spoke with were kind and knowledgeable, this review is not about them, but about the facility. Also, I did paperwork online, and I had to do 100% of it again despite following instructions and doing it 4-5 days before my appointment.
