“I truly love this place. I have been in Arizona for almost a year. I have Lupus and Fibromyalgia, it's always been treated , but Jennifer O, my NP she has done an amazing job. She actually listens, and asks questions. People get so upset when they get behind, but they should it shows that they are taking there time on there patients instead up just giving them prescriptions and pushing them out! Then I would be worried! But anybody reading these reviews sometimes you have to put yourself in there shoes.”

“Jennifer Okidegbe NP filled in for the Tempe location on a Saturday because they are such short staffed. I've never been treated so horribly in my life. I went in because my pain was so out of control and can't believe how unbelievably unprofessional she was. She couldn't find my MRI results or any previous information the office had on file so she's obviously not very organized. I highly recommend you NOT be seen at any of these locations. I've given them a lot of time and money with no results in my pain control. There is no care in healthcare anymore just all about the money. Really disappointed in this place.”

“If I could of left out the star rating I would of. This place is an absolute joke. The staff is so unprofessional, the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. What is the point of an appointment when you have to wait over an hour just to see a doctor. I have been going to a pain center FOR YEARS because of several back surgeries, neck surgeries and shoulder surgeries and gave never felt with such a poor pain clinic in my life. 1st off I have been on the same pain meds 6 plus years they wanted to take away half of what I took and cut back on others. They said some of the reason they would take away some medication is just because they dont prescribe it, and cutting my other doses in half weren't justifiable. They wasted 2 hours of my time just to tell me all that. Needless to say I was not a happy person that 2 hours of my time was wasted. There staff really needs to be trained on patient confidentiality and professionalism . There doctors need to definitely learn time management. I would not recommend this place at all unless you want to wait 2 hrs to see a dr, have your medication cut and taken away and be treated unprofessionally. I should of know by the other reviews and when the patient in front of me was complaining about the same situation as I'm stating here not to have gone there.”

“Very Frustrated right now... I have my 1st appointment at 11:00 AM today... I just received a call and they cancelled... Doctor called out... what they only have one doctor at this facility? I cannot reschedule until June 7th... almost 3 week from now... what an I suppose to do. I have pain.. so I go to a specialist, but now I have to wait an additional 3 weeks to be seen. I understand things happen, but to call me 3 hours before my appointment and cancel... if I did that they would charge me $50 cancellation fee. But to only have one doctor at the facility is ridiculous!!!”
