Patient Testimonials

Tamera and Lexie are amazing, compassionate and extremely helpful. Dr. Baksh and his assistants are also amazing, compassionate and highly effective. He's the first doctor that has been doing something other than feeding me pain killers in more than 5 years. I'm so glad that I switched to him and now I'm getting my mobility back thanks to him actually doing procedures to help me. Thank you Dr. Baksh and your team for helping me get my life back.

EDIT: I added the pain chart for the DRs educational purpose and anyone else who it may help, I am still in shock of his ALEVE recommendation for pain rated so high in the scale. Not too impressed with this pain management office, when a patient with CRPS (that is rated worse pain then a patient with cancer) walks into an office and the Dr states "ALEVE over the counter should help " it makes you question the overall ability of the Dr and on his understanding of patients pain and treatment. Dr def doesn't fully listen to the patients symptoms ... had to repeat at least 3 times for the Dr to understand pain was not localized. Needless to say we chose to not move forward. 1 start given for the office staff. 0 for Dr.

I've called this place 4 times. Have sent a text. Have asked for a new patient appointment. I've got nothing but voicemail each time I've called. I have not received a response to my written requests either. Are they still in business???

I am so grateful we came here before getting a new hip. My injection has bought me some time with minimal pain in my hip. I have not felt this pain free for nearly 5 years. I know it is not permanent but this may last months, and I'll take it! Thank you Dr Waheed Baksh, MD and the beautiful, wonderful and professional staff of the Pain Center of West Virginia!
