I'm not sure about this place. I got an I jection and it messed up my back completely. I was suppose to have a dr apt on the 19th instead of another procedure but they def still have both open still. I called to schedule the procedure since I had canceled it and was gonna do a dr visit. Called to set up and the woman was crazy sick..sounded like death and just repeated everything I said to her lol (SO NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO WHAT IM SAYING)and then was rude lol after all i had done was be nice...WHAT!! DOUBLE THINKING THIS PLACE

Dr. Jae H Park is a negligent provider who creates adversarial relationships with his patients while disregarding their needs and disrespecting them as people. I attended an appointment yesterday as a patient advocate, and thank God I did, because doctors in this field specifically love wielding the authority of their position to mistreat patients and then act as if it is normal. You can't do that when someone else is there to call out your abysmal behavior. We waited at least 40 minutes in the waiting room alongside a patient who was scheduled at the exact same time as us at a clinic with one doctor. We witnessed the two patients before us exit their appointments EXTREMELY upset, stating Dr. Park is a terrible provider who treated them both poorly, and how this treatment had them both immediately relocating. One patient stated Dr. Park had pressured them into treatment they weren't comfortable with while denying medication. When we were called back for vitals we waited an additional 10-15 minutes for Dr. Park to arrive. During the appointment he barely made eye contact with us and clearly was not engaged in the conversation. He downplayed my partners symptoms and failed to discuss significant findings in MRI and xray results, and when we brought them up tried to imply they were normal. He made us both argue for a doctors note for a prior reaction to medication that put my partner out of work, and that he could not obtain until this appointment due to this clinic relocating every other provider resulting in last minute cancellations. He was intermittently smiling during all of this, and when we asked for the note specifically he laughed right in front of us. He tried to prescribe medication as my partner was telling him that specific medication no longer worked for him. He tried to tell us it is regular to wait an hour to see a specialist, when my partner's last prescriber saw him at the exact time he was scheduled, however that doctor was a professional who actually cares about his patients. He told us to lower our voices while we were talking at a normal volume simply because we were pushing back on every nonsensical thing he said. As my partner became increasingly upset at having to argue for any basic treatment or respect and I continued to disrupt Dr. Parks attempts to normalize his horrendous maltreatment of his patients he clearly realized this appointment was ending like the last two he had that morning. He finally conceded to a doctors note and prescribed meds. My partner took a moment to calm down and then scheduled at another location with the receptionist. It should be noted that the nurse and receptionist we saw were both very professional and kind. The issue here is Dr. Park. People who cannot maintain professionalism and care for other people should not be in this field. This exact behavior is what drives people away from care that can save their lives. To laugh and smile in your patients faces while actively causing them distress isn't just unprofessional but absolutely despicable behavior from someone who took an oath to aid those in need. It is absolutely shameful that this man has a medical license. Hopefully this is rectified soon, but until it is I highly recommend you seek care anywhere else. If you don't want to hear it from these reviews you'll be hearing it from every other patient in the waiting room.

I agree with everyone who has mentioned communication as being very poor. They won't even allow reply's to emails making communication nearly impossible. The doctors also push everyone to get nerve blocks and then overbook the procedures. I waited more than 2-hours past my appointment time in a cramped waiting room made for 10 people, but had 30 plus people plus overflow outside in the heat. I finally gave up. Save your self pain and frustrations and go anywhere else.

Everyone was great! The problem is my 86 yr old grandfather was seen for the 1st time. Had a problem with prescription. Called over 5 times left messages and call back number. Have not received a call back to fix this problem. He's in a great deal of pain and is wheelchair bound. No body should have to go through this. All we need is a call back to fix this issue.
