“I had my SIJ Ablation done on Friday January 24th and it went better then I expected it to be. It wasn't painful at all just a little uncomfortable. I had Danni as my Medical Assistant. She was very gentle and had very good bedside manners she kept me calm and talked me through it all. When I got home I did experience some slight soreness but nothing I couldn't tolerate just a heating pad. But Saturday when I woke up I felt absolutely wonderful like I had a new body. The pain is not even close to where it was 8/10 it's more like 2/10. I recommend Dr. Von Tobel for all your pain management. I'm not only an employee but I'm also a pain management patient and what better way to explain to patients about procedures when your a patient!”

“This office is filled with the most unprofessional staff EVER. Today my appointment is at 1115a. I get here and the office is full of patients while the staff is arguing about who does what and what's not getting done there are 6+ patients waiting to be seen or checked in. Then 1 with pink or purple hair tells all the patients after waiting for 30 mins and all seats are full that all in the triage area have to move in the rudest of ways . We are people in pain who don't move well or fast and your office is full and you close at noon. I took off from work to come to this appointment. No one here values your time as a patient. I've NEVER been here less than 2 hrs waiting to be seen. If I didn't need the services my meds and planned therapy I'd be gone. I wouldn't be a patient here if it wasn't so hard to start all over again with another pain specialist I'd be gone! This place is terrible!!!”
