Patient Testimonials

This is most unprofessionalism I have ever experienced let's. Start with appointment time 8:30am he comes in the room about 9:45 for about talk all but 4 seconds done something needs to be done about this clinic they are stealing from people too their insurance is in danger I experienced having to pay 25 dollars for an appointment that was made intentionally and said missed where I had to pay He begs for coffee from you when you come and when you don't show up with it he's some kind of way they write prescriptions that you don't use he claims and says things that are fause my next step is to report this clinic something here is not correct they are also constantly arguing amongst themselves today they wanted 200 dollars and when I stood up for myself he said I was being disrespectful and to add the place reeps of urine

During my intake Dr. Dakwa spent nearly an hour with me. In that time he provided me information concerning treatment of my autoimmune disorders that my specialists of 10 years had not suggested. He's extremely knowledgeable and obviously interested in medical sciences -- a forever learner. It doesn't take a special skill to notice that his face gives him away in his compassion for people; he cannot bear to see them suffer. He offered me a simple solution for my pain that other doctors had overlooked and it has changed my life completely. It helps not only my nerve pain but other issues within my neurological system that he obviously took note of during my intake as I wasn't even entirely aware of them myself. The rest of the staff are equally as impressive. They are kind and genuinely down-to-earth. Randall is my favorite! He ushers patients in and out overseeing that things are moving along. He chats with everyone and seems to get to know each patient. He's sweet, cheerful and interesting. He is personable and feels as if you've known him all your life; his overall demeanor is naturally attentive. It's an overall pleasant experience which is a relief and even a distraction from the constant mental torture that comes with chronic physical pain. My last couple of appointments have been extremely quick! If an appointment is longer it is only due to the fact that he happens to have a new patient and he invests extra time in that critical intake -- which I've gathered from experience he does with every single patient. If you're an established patient, have grace for others and hang tight. There is one doctor and too many people in this world suffering; a single person can only do so much. Last of all, it is refreshing to meet a doctor who is firm in his oath, conducting himself as a medical doctor and not a politician.

I don't understand the negative comments. I love the Dr here! I came in for my appointment with tears running down my face and he told me not to worry he will help figure it out. He's always kind but busy. There aren't a lot of pain clinics in my area so we drink 2 1/2 hours each way. Blessed to have found this place. Comments about him making sure to cover his butt needs to realize he could lose his license if he just hands out scripts.

This doctor's office is far better than what I have had for the past 15 years with the same PCP. Doctor doesn't dilly dally around with my health! He pins it down with the "nail on the head!" My last doctor was not reading my labs or MRI'S. This office knows their "stuff" and they are courteous, respectful, caring, polite and meticulous. Here, I'm not waiting for 5-8 hours to be seen. Five minutes tops. I don't have to worry or wonder about my healthcare which was issues I had with my last doctor who never read my tests. But God!!!
