Patient Testimonials

I am a cancer patient I've had many major surgeries. Liver, Colon, intestines basically everything in my stomach has been either removed or stitched back together. The person I saw at this clinic a few time ignored every problem I have. She has no understanding or care of what I've been through she doesn't even care enough to know my age she thinks I'm 28. Replacing my pain meds with anti psychotics then when surprisingly they have no effect she says drug use is highly encouraged. This is absolutely insane to be treated with such abuse.

The only reason I am giving it 1 star is because the receptionist and nurse where kind. I went there today because I have been in all over excruciating pain for 6 years with no answers. Kriti didn't listen she was cutting me off constantly. I was sharing how I was in pain 15 years when pregnant with my twins when I explained the care I was given the look on her face was confused. I was crying and upset and she told me I was depressed and need a mood stabilizer after she told me that my pain was nothing special and that treating pain was her "bread and butter." She suggested meds that I have already taken others in the same class and the side effects are horrible. Oh physical therapy how is that possible when I can barely get out of bed..tells me I rate high on there 5 question depression sheet. YES I am because of pain!!!! She wasn't the least bit compassionate or sincere. I was another "bread and butter" patient. That she thought she was going to manage the symptoms but never get to the source. She also made it very clear that narcotic drugs don't help long term. Well duh..I worked addiction recovery and I wasn't asking for them!!! Another stigma in this world. I have sufferred for years because this has happened so many times I quit reaching out for help. I stood up and told her I was done and her bedside manner was the worst I have ever encountered, and walked out. If you are not typical patient and understand this is not a healing system but a medical system that doesn't want to get to the cause because as soon as she deals with the cause her "bread and butter" would be gone. I feel sorry that my insurance companies have to pay for a sorry excuse called care. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

If I could give her a ZERO I would! One of the v worst providers that I have seen! Kind of goes hand and hand with the Everett Clinic! She told me that I didn't have the pain that I said that I did although I ended up having a neck operation as well as a shoulder/bicep repair as the result of ONE accident! When the Everett Clinic was bought out by Davita in 2015 the care of the patients was forgotten. I was on a merry -go-around with I believe 13 different doctors because one doctor said one thing and another said something else. My primary doctor cared and tried but said "I can't overrule another doctor". The writing was on the wall in the MRI of my shoulder and of my neck courtesy of the EVERETT CLINIC. And I was passed around like cattle. It took over 2 years before I was fixed and it was fixed OUTSIDE of the Everett Clinic. I about had a nervous breakdown because of the pain. I expected her to actually treat me lolol silly me ! I have wrote letters and have made numerous calls regarding the level of care. But this provider could have and should have eased my pain! I see the EVERETT CLINIC sold again recently, I can't imagine why??!!! The clinic USED to be one of the best in the country. I have been a patient there my entire life so I know what I am talking about. All it has become now is Cha Ching! " Give me your money and I'm sending you to another specialist to get even more money" seems to be their motto. I would suggest anyone who has a real problem to look at their reviews especially when you start being sent to one doctor after another. They are rated an F with the BBB for a reason.

Concerned with the direction this clinic is taking since I've received a new pain management doctor. After having pain for over 20 years and medication in being told I only have arthritis and don't have pain. Is this the everett clinics way of getting rid of pain management patients. If so please just be upfront about it and not insult people.
