“This is the most unorganized clinic. I have been left in pain for weeks, as staff scheduled imaging at the wrong lab, then did not fix the problem, I was forced to. They do not provide basic information such as it is my responsibility to provide test results? And I am supposed to drive a CD of images to their office? Another fact they never informed me of. They do not return calls, they do not provide basic information, many of the staff act as if I am inconveniencing them by being there. Meanwhile, I remain in pain and they don't care. While there are some nice support staff who work there, most of the main staff were annoyed and unkind. I don't know how this clinic is still in business. I have never signed into Google to leave a review before, this is the first. I would recommend never going to this clinic.”

“Had my first visit/treatment/procedure with Dr. Kuharich & his staff, 01-30-2023. The doctor & his staff are AWESOME!! I am 71 years old, seldom go to a doctor & this is the second "procedure" I have had in my life, injection in my spine to relieve pain from severe arthritis (at least it seems severe to me!!) It was quick & painless, the staff are very kind & professional. You will never find a better doctor or group of people to take care of your health issues. Thank you very much! Rob Thomason”

“How on EARTH is this clinic & dr even getting 5 star reviews ! My 91 yr old mother who lives on Bainbridge Island has been left hanging in excruciating pain for two weeks. She's been in the ER, the only place to actually treat her for pain and run new scans but referred back to this clinic plus her regular dr for pain management until injections can be done. Both of which have gone ignored and put off for another review. Are you out of your minds over that way ? I live in a small town and our pain management clinic in Idaho would have had her in and taken care of on DAY ONE, not weeks later with still no confirmed date or even a phone call back. Not acceptable.”
