Mayra is always friendly and talks with each patient while having a smile on her face. I have always felt comfortable and welcomed the minute I walk through the door each month. Every staff member treats each patient with high respect. The owner, Dr Campbell is so very kind and sweet. They truly care about every person here at Center For Wellness & Paincare. As a patient going through a weird illness, they have helped navigate my illness and get me the care that I need. For one, the spine stimulator implant was recommended to me and it made a world of a difference in my life! “It's hard to get a hold of anyone over the phone, but when someone decides to call you back after you left a message for over a week, it takes about 3-4 weeks to get in an appointment within your schedule. So when I finally schedule a new patient appointment for 3/18/24, it was canceled because their provider isn't available. Mind you, only the NPs see new patients. When requested to see MD/DO, I was told they only see patients with workman's comp or auto accidents. Anyway, new appointment was rescheduled to today 3/25/24 @9a. Arrived 8:30a and doors are locked. So I kept peeping through the tinted windows to see if anyone is in there. I caught one of the front desk's girl attention so she opened the door for me and asked if I had an appointment, my name, DOB, and also confirmed my phone number. Then she proceeded to tell me that I should've gotten a phone call this morning that my appointment was canceled. At this point I'm just frustrated and left. No apologies and no offers to make it right or even to reschedule. Don't waste your time and find yourself a different pain management practice.”
