“I like some of the NP's I have seen here and have been a patient for over five years. My main problem with CWPC is scheduling. I currently go to the Green Valley office. I transferred over from the Cimmeron office two years ago. My first Np at the Cimmeron office was amazing. She was ex-military and ran a tight ship. Never any issues with her. The decline began when she left. Scheduling has been an issue from the beginning. When you call you are speaking to people who have been trained in automatic responses and have no personal connection to you. Many times there now, I have been in a situation where I receive a call at the last minute saying my appt. Has been cancelled and I need to reschedule. Then after I reached them the next day because I couldn't call them back directly since they called right before closing, I rescheduled my appt. only to be called with another cancelation. I have run out of medicine for days because they have done this to me back to back. Leaving me writhing in pain until they finally see me and call my medicine in. Their telahealth has always been a problem for me. I wind up missing my appointment there because of one bug in the system or another. It is all super frustrating and I am seriously considering finding an alternative pain management. My body cannot afford this kind of stress with delayed solutions and apologies, leaving me in worse pain than I started with.”
