“Dr Marsella is a great doctor but his staff needs some major work. You CANNOT speak to anyone in the office and it makes NO difference how serious your issue is those nurses could care less! They are supposed to call within 24 hours. When they finally do call you back they act as if they are doing you a favor. I called on Monday of last week and just got a call back today for the issue I was facing. Then they have the nerve to lie to you and tell you they tried to call multiple times!! I know that's a lie because I have been trying for days! It could have been very serious but I guess since a co pay cannot be collected with a phone call they are not worried. The staff in the office is so busy worrying about what they are having for lunch and playing you cannot be seen in a timely manner. When I first started going here it was a great experience now patients are herded through like cattle just like any other practice. It is completely unacceptable to allow a patient to go through what I did without even a call. Again since a co pay wasn't involved I guess I am on my own and I can take a flying leap!”
