So after the spinal ablutation procedure done, I felt I am new person must of my pain in lowe back and right leg was gone and I was able to walk and do my regular work like driving and doing my own groceries etc. I will highly recommned Dr. Mahreen Iqbal and her Husband for the pain treatment. Thank you Dr.Mahreen Iqbal for given back my life. First visit. Staff is very friendly and courteous Michelle helped me getting referrals from my PCP to expedite the process and Dr.Iqbal is very nice and understand my concern.I would recommend to my friend and family 2nd Visit for the follow up with Dr.Mirza was also very positive and pleasant.”

“Dr. Iqbal has truly been a blessing in my life! After a difficult year of surgeries and pelvic/ back chronic pain, I felt like other doctors were just brushing me off, not taking my pain seriously or trying to find a solution. But Dr. Iqbal listened to me from the very start, something I hadn't experienced in a long time. She took the time to understand my concerns and came up with a thoughtful treatment plan that would help alleviate my pain. Gave me options and explained in depth why I should take which route of treatment plan and etc , felt super comfortable and confident with the treatment plan we decided to go with. Michealle, Dr. Iqbal's medical assistant, Called multiple pharmacies to find a pharmacy that could make a specific compound medication for me, super thankful. She's always so welcoming and takes the time to listen to my concerns. Michealle is not only sweet and kind but also incredibly informative. When I went in for my epidural injection, the entire team made sure I was completely at ease. Her entire staff is just as amazing! From the moment I walked in, Aly greeted me with warmth and made sure I felt welcomed and comfortable during pre-op and the procedure. They helped me relax even though I was nervous, and during the procedure, I didn't feel any pain--just a small pinch. It was quick, and when I stood up, I could already feel relief, which I hadn't felt in a long time! I am so grateful to Dr. Iqbal and her entire team for their compassion, dedication, and outstanding care. They've made all the difference in my journey to healing!!!!!!”

“This office is a joke. The girls who answer the phone are rude and condescending and have ZERO Customer service skills! My daughter, who has 2 insurances, was told they would not accept insurance for the nerve block shots she needed. She called me crying, she was in pain, she needed the shots. I didn't have time to think or question why they wouldn't bill insurance, so I just paid the $500. Later I found out the shots would've been covered under our insurance had they allowed her to use it. I made numerous phone calls to them, and their explanation was that since she chose to have the shots the same day as the office visit , they only take insurance for the office visit. Huh? That doesn't make any sense to me. I asked to speak to the doctor, and they said the doctor doesn't come to the phone. like I said ZERO customer service. They Did not offer to take a message for her or anything. I asked for the Person who does their billing, And they said she doesn't work in office. Ok... So how do I contact her? They gave me her email so I emailed her but She never replied. I contacted our insurance, and because they never received a claim from the doctor (bc remember the doc wouldn't bill them) they said the only thing we can do is file a grievance against the doctor. In my opinion, What this doctor did is bordering on unethical.”
