Patient Testimonials

I've visited this location on two occasions and was not seen by the doctor. The first I waited for 1 hr and was never called, the second time i came back and my appt wasn't scheduled. This is totally ridiculous and unprofessional.

I met with the nurse on my first appointment who made it clear medication is not the answer. That immediately through me off! The doctor came in and had me stand, wal, bend over and stick my hands out to test strength. He literally said one sentence to me. They immediately placed me on list to have numerous injections with no anesthesia unless I paid $100 cash everytime. I was given a minimal dose of an opioid and muscle relaxers. I went ahead with the first injection without the costly anesthesia. It hurt so bad for weeks. I've had chronic pain since I was in my late twenties. Several accidents, severe arthritis, Lupus pain, Connective Tissue Disease and osteoporosis. Every part of my body hurts 24/7. I don't remember ever not having pain! It's horrible! I continued going in against my better judgement. I believe it was my 5th visit at 9am. I literally got out of bed, dressed, brushed my teeth and used my listening as I have for 40 years, did my hair and makeup. Got there did my urine test and 45 minutes later get called in the back that my urine test was positive for alot and recent alcohol. I don't drink and haven't since I tried a drink when I was 17. Hated it and never drank again. There were the nurse, an office worker and finally the doctor all in my face interrogating me. I told them only thing it could of been was my listerine and I don't drink it I swish it. Doctor said swishing listerine wasnt strong enough to show up in pee. I was livid! I asked for another pee test because they pile all these pee cups on the counter with a stick in it right close together. My guess someone made a mistake during the test. I asked for another test and they said no but to feel free to go elsewhere and pay out of pocket which I didn't have so I left with no prescription and feeling down. About 9 months-a year later I had been sick with covid then pneumonia. I was given antibiotics and the cough pearls tesla I think. They also called in another liquid medication for my cough. I called the pain management office told them what was happening. Also, had to leave a message for the nurse. I took exactly 2 doses of the liquid medicine and she called me told me not to take it anymore and bring it to them mind you I'm still sick. I told her I could not come until I was over the pneumonia and covid. She then told the doctor and by being sick as hell I wasn't supposed to take anything unless they approved first. I was released as a patient for being severely ill. This place is a joke! They push the injections and want to charge for anesthesia for injections. They really don't give much meds to help your pain. And, in my opinion they need to be closed down! Period.

Love the Doctor and staff but the hassle is just unbelievable. Two appointments at the same time (one for med refill and one for injection) but then they canceled one of them about 20 minutes before I got there, but then put it back on schedule so I was taken to preop for injection after paying fee ($350ish). But then they made me walk over to a different building to pee and pay another fee ($78ish). I saw med assistant and took a cognitive test on an iPad and peed (never saw NP). Then I walked back over to building for the injection. Then I was quickly taken back to surgery room and got set for back injection (removed belt and metal in pocket and laid on the table. But then I was told it wasn't my turn, so had to go back to the prep room and answer a bunch more questions. And here I sit about 1.5 hours later waiting for my turn for the injection. Is it really necessary to make me go through this hassle?!?! And this is very expensive! You'd think it would be gold card level service!
