Patient Testimonials

This office has been my first chiropractic experience and I have enjoyed everything about it. From the time I walk in; Marshay, the office manager greets you with a smile. Dr. Alana is the best! Great personality, very knowledgeable in her field and gets results! And Katelyn is a great therapy tech, she makes sure you're comfortable and has great conversation! I've been going here for a little over a month and I feel better each time. Catch me here every 2-3 weeks

Zero star. dr obinna emechebe is by far the rudest physician I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Wait time will not factor in here. Interaction is what I am going to review. He was at the outset abrupt, unconcerned and mostly paying attention to his laptop when asking questions of me. Eye contact was minimal and interaction cursory especially after I explained my condition in medical terminology. He said "don't tell me the medical terms". I told him I was there for Pain Management treatment only. He told me then that they only treat through an "interdisciplinary program". I said I do NOT want surgery, an implant, PT, nothing BUT pain management. He began treating me like a drug addict. He later said to me "it doesn't help you to be sarcastic" (he did not like me using medical terminology mind you) Say what?!!!! I responded by saying there's a difference between being sarcastic and factual. I have been successfully treated with opioid medication (low dosage BTW) for 16 years for a grave lumbar condition that thank goodness has remained stable. I moved and cannot find a physician to help. I am adamant that you avoid this place unless you want the interdisciplinary approach. Be warned though. In my opinion, if you do have any procedure and it goes bad for you don't expect your pain to be minimized by medication. Or if you are already on pain medication don't expect them to increase the dosage.

Texas Pain Physicians was a referral from my surgeons office. I have been to this office twice. Let me preface this by saying, I live about 40 minutes away. There are plenty of pain clinics closer. The first time I met Dr Golden and her Nurse Assistant (I have completely forgotten her name, I'm sorry), I knew I was in the right spot. They are compassionate, caring, understanding and most of all, I don't feel judged. I am not an easy medical case. Anyone with chronic pain knows what I mean. I recently had an issue with one of my prescriptions. The Office Manager, Sue took care of it immediately and then called me back to let me know. Customer service is exceptional when the Manager actually calls you back to let you know something has been handled. Thank you Dr. Golden and your Staff for showing empathy and true genuine kindness.
