What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“Referred by my neurosurgeon. Was not greeted upon entering clinic by the blonde girl (no nametag). Clinic signs expressing things like 'Karen will NOT see late patients so PLAN AHEAD' were all over the clinic, made it look cluttered, unprofessional and unwelcoming (honestly, tell me you don't trust your patients without telling me you don't trust your patients...). It's ironic because when you sign up to go to this clinic, you sign pages upon pages of acknowledgements basically agreeing to similar demands. It'd be nice if they didn't treat patients like forgetful children. Edit: for the record, I was on time. Front desk girl threw urine cup at me when I asked to go to the bathroom after I'd waited in the exam room for an hour. Her excuse was "depending on what the doctor will give you" but I was not there for narcotics (which frankly was none of her business anyway). The doctor was thorough with my health history and questions (which is the only reason I'm not giving a one star). However the doctor took over an hour to arrive in exam room (honestly I almost left, and the blonde front desk girl was catty and rude when I indicated such to her). I was not the only patient to complain, as I overheard other patients talking to the front desk about the delay time with waiting for providers while I was leaving. If the patients are being demanded to be on time, the doctors should also comply. When I got outside, another front desk staff was in heated discussion with a lost driver and patient in the parking lot (from what I'm assuming was another facility). Not a great experience, won't be back.”

“Dr Terry Latch and NP Karen Albright are a great team. Dr Latch has a light touch with injections. I'm a nurse, and pleased!”
— Lori McIrvin
“Dr Latch is cool but the foreign people that answer the phone for appointment cancellations are ridiculous. I canceled 8 minutes shy of 24 hours and he insisted I still had to pay the cancelation fee. I'm glad I'm moving to my new provider just so I can speak to US based call centers and stop getting nickel and dimed for nonsense.”
— Cassandra Myers
“I literally made appointment in the morning with sonterra clinic. Grace or someone called me, claiming I didn't talk to her in a scolding, disrespectful manners. Then punish me but canceling my appointment. They wouldn't tell me if she is CMA, CNA etc. I want to complain on her and fake boss to the texas license board. Please post the license of your staff and don't let them run the place to ground. I hope then can hire people who grow up with manners.”
