What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“I've been going for 3 years and my experience has been great! Dr Morsy listens, he takes care of his patients and I'm always referring him to my family and friends. He's taken care of my pain and I can't be more thankful”
— Somaia Hassan
“I do not recommend this office. They clearly view patients as numbers and not individuals. I have been a registered nurse for 17 years. I have suffered from chronic pain most of my life and simply needed a Tramadol prescription, which I use responsibly 2-3 times per week for rheumatoid arthritis pain. Unfortunately, I cannot get this from any of my 6 other doctors, due to the strict narcotics laws in place. I spent 3 hours for a new patient visit. I was told to come one hour early to fill out paper work. Who does this anymore? Medical history papers should be emailed or filled out online before the visit in this modern era. I arrived 30 minutes early, because I am a pro at filling out my medical history. After finishing my paperwork, I proceeded to watch everyone else in the office who had arrived after me be taken back to a room. After mentioning this to the receptionist, they promptly found a room. While waiting for the doctor, I heard a nurse loudly gather all the staff to celebrate a birthday party in their break room. What a sign of disrespect...keeping patients waiting while the staff is socializing. They also kept all the exam room doors open, thereby violating HIPAA. The doctor was kind but brief, like most doctors. Again, patients are a number and billing code, not an individual. There are better pain management practices out there. My motto is the doctor is only as could as their office staff.”

“If you look at the 1-star reviews, they're here for a reason and aren't a joke. After going to his office for over a year he severed our relationship due to... get this... asking questions. He didn't want to allow me to use my insurance's pharmacy anymore so I asked why. Apparently that's asking for too much and makes his nurse practitioner "uncomfortable." I tried to get them in touch with my pharmacy (which is a government-run one, not a small one), and they refused to speak to them while just stating that they can reject any pharmacy they want and don't have to say why. It's the only pharmacy I could use that wouldn't be charging ridiculous amounts since it's the only one in-network with my government insurance and he ended up just deciding to tell me I was dropped as a patient due to asking questions that made them uncomfortable. That's the amazing service you'll get there -- I guess it's good for someone that wants to just sit lifeless while his office staff does whatever they feel like and you're walking on eggshells afraid to say or ask anything because you don't know how they'll retaliate. Seriously, if you don't believe this, read the other reviews. If one is a coincidence and two's a pattern, what is it when 15+ are all complaining about the same issues?”
