“They like to make you come in for extra office visits so they can charge you. They say they need an office visit after a shot, but they call and ask you all the questions of how your doing pain level etc. Then tell you, you can't get another shot without coming for another office visit to ask the same questions they did when they called. Not saying they're not good at the pain management, just they will office visit you into debt just to not be in pain. I have been told 3 times now after a shot, that if I need another one since I've already done office visits they can just schedule me in for a shot when I need to. A few months down the road I call for a shot and here we go again you have to have an office visit first and then a shot. Got tired of being lied to and getting charges 3 times a month for one shot.”

“Been a patient of dr. Vu way past the year. However his waxahatchee office is a joke it's a rotating doors of nurse practitioners nurses and secretary. In January she let me know that she was doing the jobs of six people and wasn't trained in any of them. Which explained a whole lot when I showed up to my appointment today appointment today to be greeted with an attitude. Stop running the good ones off!!!!”
