“Doctors do not call in prescriptions when they tell they will. Had a 4pm appointment, on Wednesday before Thanksgiving and my prescription was not sent to the pharmacy as I was told it would be. Now I have to suffer for 2-4 days before I can get my prescription while they enjoy their Thanksgiving. They do not care about their patients. Looking for a new doctor who does what they say they will do.”

“They are nice people, but when I called to express the pain I was dealing with they couldn't get me in for over a month. I expressed that my pain is hard to deal with for another several weeks and keeping me up nightly. Their response was this is the best I can do, we are backed up. I also didn't like that when you call to make an appointment, you don't get someone from the local office. Some random rep living who knows where is just scheduling appts”
